Anyone who wants can create a reference code with a second or more wallets. They don't need the reference code that someone else shares.

Wouldn't it be nice if wallets that meet certain conditions could generate more fee discount codes?

For Example conditions

*More HSC more Fee Discount (Provided that the maximum is up to %x)

*Make more Volume (Provided that the maximum is up to %x)

*Insurance Fund per $1000 +%1 Fee Discount etc. (Provided that the maximum is up to %x)
